Thank you for shopping with Clear Bag Bar! We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Include all original tags and packaging, when applicable.
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your customer service email].

Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email Cortney@stylealum.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
